Update

I am currently sitting in the Board of Education parking lot waiting to make an appointment to register Lane for pre-k. I can't even believe he only has a few more months is daycare and then he if off to big boy school. I am pretty sure it's safe to say he will have a spot in prek. There is only one other car in the parking lot. I have been here for an hour. Better safe than sorry. 

Adaline is teething. I think she is getting six at one time and she is miserable. 

A few weeks ago the kids enjoyed their first snow. 

They loved it until they got cold and wet. 

Snow day

Last night we took the kids to mercer village. They had snow and a snow slide. Harper was thrilled but Adaline wasn't so sure about it. The kids had fun. We are heading to snow moutain/stone mountain with Lane tonight for the 

weekend. Thankful for my parents for keeping Adaline. I know she will have fun with them!

Thanksgiving

Happy Thanksgiving!

We are home and still in our pjs on this

cold Black Friday. We had a great day yesterday and Sunday with family. Lane loved playing with his cousins. 

Life seems so busy right now or I guess the kids are ao busy. Nonstop when they aren't asleep. Adaline has five teeth and weighs a whomping 21 lbs at almost 18mths. She loves her purse and grocery cart. She loves throwing things in the trash can too. Adaline loves being lanes shadow. She can surely hold her own. She is one tough cookie. She currently has her first black eye from falling on a chair that she took away from Lane. 

Lane says the funniest things. Like...

-the pirates are headed to the bemuda triangle. If you see them that is were they are headed

-he uses words like fragile

-after turning the tv to what he wanted to watch he said thank you mama you are as perfect as me

- when the nurse came in to his doc appt and told him to get undressed. He replied are U kidding me 

Love that boy!

So thankful for family, good health, friends, and jobs! And of course God for loving us unconditionally and for his grace and mercy!   

The Christmas tree is up and so are the decorations. And the shopping is almost done. Wahoo!!! 

Eagles bite

Lane had a scratch on his side that I noticed after his bath. I asked him what happened. His reply...an eagle bit me. I then asked when did he see an eagle... His reply...at the beach. Ok...

Rock ranch

On Saturday Chris and I took the kids to

The Rock Ranch. It is a super cool place for families owned by Chickfila. Lane had a blast and Adaline loved running wild. 

Silly boy

Lane went in for his 4 year check up today. The nurse told him to get undressed except for his undies. His response...Are U kiddin me????
