Eagles bite

Lane had a scratch on his side that I noticed after his bath. I asked him what happened. His reply...an eagle bit me. I then asked when did he see an eagle... His reply...at the beach. Ok...

Rock ranch

The Rock Ranch. It is a super cool place for families owned by Chickfila. Lane had a blast and Adaline loved running wild. 

Silly boy

Lane went in for his 4 year check up today. The nurse told him to get undressed except for his undies. His response...Are U kiddin me????

September

Sorry I haven't updated in a while. We have been up to much. Adaline was 15 months old yesterday. She is growing up too fast. She is running everywhere and getting in to everything. She says mama, dada, bye bye, and uh oh. Adaline is such a happy girl. Only two teeth! She is such a mess!

Lane is loving Mrs.

Alice's class. He is learning so much. We had a great time at Second Sunday in the park last weekend. Lane played in the water.  Adaline danced and Chris and I enjoyed the music.   This weekend Lucy and Joshua and Anne Marie, Josh, and Lincoln came to visit. We had a great time catching up. Lane and Lincoln had a great time playing. Can't wait to meet Langston when he arrives soon!    Lane's 4th birthday will be her soon and our trip to St. Thomas is fast approaching. Lots to look forward to! 

Lane-isms

Lane just asked me a question followed by " tell me the truth"   

He squeezed my nose earlier today and told me to take my breathing treatment 

He also follows up a lot of the things he says with "or not". For example, are we going there or not. Are you going to get me that or not. Ha!

Weekend recap

A busy weekend! I received a text from my friend Laura late Friday night inviting us to the Zac Brown and Kenny Chesney concert on Saturday Night at the Georgia Dome. I lined up care for the kids and we had a blast. So thankful for my sweet parents for keeping the kiddos. Before we left for Atlanta, Some friends and I hosted a baby shower for my sweet friend Candace at my house.  It turned out really nice.  We stayed in Atlanta for the night and then spent some time with my parents on Sunday. And now back to the work week. Ugh!
